On Aug. 13, 2023, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis announced a 41-count indictment against Donald J. Trump and 18 others over an alleged conspiracy to overturn Georgia's 2020 presidential election. The case was never tried.
The materials below include witness transcripts from the Fulton County special purpose grand jury that investigated the alleged conspiracy; recordings of proffer sessions and interviews conducted by the Fulton County District Attorney's Office; and Georgia Bureau of Investigation interviews from a separate but related probe into the unauthorized breach of voting equipment in Coffee County, Georgia.
